2011-12-15, Weekly Stats (Starting Over–Third Time is the Charm!)


2011-12-16-Ticker ©20112011-12-15 Table ©2011Ok, this past week marks the end of a renewed effort to become fit.  I have been more aware of what I’ve been eating and making better choices.  I’m at the beginning of a very long road.  Wish me success! 🙂

So far… so good. Yay me!  See ya on the dance floor!

  3. I’m with you Tony. According to my BMI, I’m obese. COurse, they don’t factor bone size, etc. but I do know that I am at least 50# over what i was when i met Gene – so, I am joining you in this adventure. Thanks for the inspiration!

    • Hi Cherie! BMI was never intended to be applied on an individual level (watch for an upcoming post on this topic). It is actually a measure that is best applied to large populations. While it works ok for the mid-ranges, at the top end (large framed folks) and the bottom end of the scale (Athletes), it is not accurate. Glad you’re enjoying the Blog! *hugs*
