This week on my “Journey to Health & Fitness“
My brain is dead.
I am determined to get this post done before I go to bed.
However, there just isn’t any words up there that want to be here on this page.
We’ll let the photos and charts tell the story.
FYI, this is the first one of these. I plan to do one a week, posting the current “side by side” progress photo from Friday of each week.
The post should appear sometime during the weekend each week. The format will be the same each week with a very brief text summary up top, then the photos and charts down below. Below each chart will be a link to see all the photos and/or charts to date as a “slide show”
Of course, right now, with only four weeks of photos and two weeks of charts, to work with, it isn’t all that exciting.
However, later, when the data is more extensive and I am less extensive — LOL
I guess there are a couple neurons still awake in the ole noggin’ 😉 Get it? more extensive / less extensive… I crack myself up sometimes.
Anyway, told you I was tired… 🙂 I hope you guys enjoy this inaugural post in the series. 🙂
